v1.68.0 — Security hardening and sync coverage

  • Guides no longer load any external resource: all content is served from the device itself.
  • The mistakes notebook and the emergency and clinic records now sync with your account.
  • Public website released and the iOS build prepared.

v1.66.0 — A new icon set across the app

  • Generic emoji are gone: line icons consistent with the brand, including organs and specialties.
  • Fixed icons that rendered blank or showed their raw name.

  • The AI tutor is now called Clio and answers from the app’s guides, citing which one each claim comes from.
  • A temporary chat that is stored nowhere.
  • Included when you sign in, or with your own API key with no cap.

  • Migrated to Credential Manager: Google sign-in is faster and no longer fails on recent Android.

v1.47.0 — Triage, renal dosing and the Founder programme

  • Triage tools and dose adjustment in renal impairment.
  • Founder programme for those arriving before subscriptions switch on.
  • Startup and search performance improvements.

v1.40.0 — Exam analytics and audio guides

  • Mock-exam analytics that reinforce what you get wrong most.
  • Audio-only mode for listening to the guides.
  • Goal-based home, learning paths and the "My day" flow.
  • Search turned into a command palette with grouped results.

Content updates without reinstalling

Fixing a guide or adding questions is a content update, not a new app version: it arrives on its own and does not show up in this list. If you find an error, send the reference to somatryx.dev@gmail.com.
