Hallazgos

Localiza en el plano valvular las cuatro válvulas: tricúspide, pulmonar, mitral (bicúspide) y aórtica.

Interpretación

Las válvulas garantizan el flujo unidireccional; se abren y cierran por gradientes de presión.

Perla clínica

Focos de auscultación: aórtico (2º EIC derecho), pulmonar (2º EIC izquierdo), tricúspide (borde esternal bajo) y mitral (ápex).
