Hallazgos

Asas de intestino delgado dilatadas con niveles hidroaéreos y un punto de transición al calibre normal.

Interpretación

Obstrucción intestinal: detención del tránsito, con frecuencia por adherencias o hernias.

Perla clínica

Busca el punto de transición. El neumatosis, el edema parietal o la falta de realce indican sufrimiento/isquemia → cirugía urgente.
