Nódulo tiroideo; valora ecoestructura, márgenes, microcalcificaciones y vascularización.

Interpretación

Nódulo tiroideo: muy frecuente; la mayoría benignos.

Perla clínica

Estratifica el riesgo con TIRADS. Los rasgos sospechosos (hipoecoico, más alto que ancho, microcalcificaciones, márgenes irregulares) indican PAAF.
