Hallazgos

Múltiples lesiones hepáticas hipodensas, a menudo con realce periférico en anillo.

Interpretación

Metástasis hepáticas: la afectación tumoral secundaria más frecuente del hígado.

Perla clínica

Ante lesiones hepáticas múltiples busca el tumor primario (colon, mama, pulmón, páncreas). La RM y la biopsia caracterizan los casos dudosos.
