Hallazgos

Hipodensidad en un territorio arterial (TC) o restricción a la difusión (RM-DWI) precoz.

Interpretación

Ictus isquémico: infarto por oclusión arterial; el DWI es lo más precoz.

Perla clínica

La TC inicial suele ser normal y sirve para descartar hemorragia antes de trombolisis. Tiempo es cerebro: valora ventana para fibrinolisis/trombectomía.
