Hallazgos

Sangre hiperdensa en los surcos, cisternas basales y valles silvianos.

Interpretación

Hemorragia subaracnoidea: sangre en el espacio subaracnoideo, a menudo por rotura de un aneurisma.

Perla clínica

La 'peor cefalea de la vida' con TC negativa obliga a punción lumbar (xantocromía). Confirmada, estudia el aneurisma con angio-TC/arteriografía.
