Hallazgos

Colección en semiluna (creciente) que cruza suturas y sigue la convexidad craneal.

Interpretación

Hematoma subdural: sangre entre duramadre y aracnoides, por rotura de venas puente.

Perla clínica

Forma de semiluna y cruza suturas (a diferencia del epidural). Frecuente en ancianos y alcohólicos tras traumatismos menores; puede ser crónico (hipodenso).
