Hallazgos

Solución de continuidad en el húmero; valora desplazamiento y afectación articular.

Interpretación

Fractura de húmero: proximal (ancianos), diafisaria o distal.

Perla clínica

La diafisaria puede lesionar el nervio radial (mano péndula). Valora el estado neurovascular antes y después de la reducción.
