Hallazgos

Pinzamiento articular asimétrico, osteofitos, esclerosis subcondral y geodas.

Interpretación

Artrosis de rodilla: degeneración del cartílago articular.

Perla clínica

Los cuatro signos radiológicos son: pinzamiento, osteofitos, esclerosis subcondral y quistes. La radiografía en carga valora mejor el pinzamiento.
