Hallazgos

Múltiples nódulos blanquecinos de distinto tamaño, a menudo con umbilicación central (necrosis) en la superficie hepática.

Interpretación

Metástasis hepáticas: el hígado es una de las localizaciones más frecuentes de diseminación (colon, páncreas, mama, pulmón).

Perla clínica

Las metástasis son MÁS frecuentes que los tumores primarios del hígado. La umbilicación central por necrosis es un rasgo típico.
