Hallazgos

Masa blanda, bien delimitada, encapsulada, de color amarillo y aspecto graso homogéneo al corte.

Interpretación

Lipoma: tumor benigno de tejido adiposo maduro; el tumor de partes blandas más frecuente.

Perla clínica

Blando, móvil e indoloro. El color amarillo y la consistencia grasa lo delatan. La malignización a liposarcoma es excepcional.
