Hallazgos

Fondo de eritrocitos anucleados con palidez central; leucocitos dispersos (neutrófilo polilobulado, linfocito de núcleo denso, etc.) y plaquetas pequeñas.

Interpretación

Frotis de sangre periférica normal: base del hemograma morfológico.

Perla clínica

Identifica cada serie: neutrófilo (3-5 lóbulos), linfocito (núcleo redondo, poco citoplasma), monocito (grande, núcleo arriñonado), eosinófilo/basófilo por sus gránulos.
