Hallazgos

Nódulo pigmentado (o amelanótico) de crecimiento rápido, simétrico, que se ulcera o sangra; a menudo NO cumple el ABCDE clásico.

Interpretación

Melanoma nodular: variante de crecimiento vertical precoz y muy agresiva; suele diagnosticarse con mayor espesor de Breslow.

Perla clínica

Regla EFG (Elevado, Firme, Growing/en crecimiento). Cualquier nódulo que crece, sangra o se ulcera → biopsia escisional urgente.
