Mácula/placa eritematosa anular que se expande centrífugamente con aclaramiento central ('diana'), en el sitio de una picadura de garrapata.

Interpretación

Eritema migratorio: lesión precoz patognomónica de la enfermedad de Lyme (Borrelia).

Perla clínica

La diana que crece días después de una picadura de garrapata es diagnóstica y justifica tratar (doxiciclina) sin serología. Previene fases tardías (cardíaca, neurológica, articular).
