Hallazgos

Identifica los dos ventrículos laterales, el III (entre los tálamos) y el IV (entre tronco y cerebelo), comunicados por los agujeros de Monro y el acueducto.

Interpretación

El sistema ventricular contiene y hace circular el LCR, producido por los plexos coroideos.

Perla clínica

El LCR fluye laterales→Monro→III→acueducto de Silvio→IV→espacio subaracnoideo. El bloqueo del acueducto causa hidrocefalia obstructiva.
