Hallazgos

En el hueso real localiza las órbitas, la apertura piriforme, el arco cigomático, los cóndilos occipitales y el agujero magno en la base.

Interpretación

Cráneo óseo real: permite estudiar el relieve, las fosas craneales y los agujeros de la base por donde salen los pares craneales.

Perla clínica

La base del cráneo se divide en fosa anterior (lóbulos frontales), media (temporales, hipófisis) y posterior (tronco y cerebelo).
